Refunds and Returns
After an order has been placed we will not accept any cancellation of the same. Please note that a refund will be issued only if product delivered has a manufacturing defect. In case of any damage to the product at the customer’s end, we are not liable to provide any refund.
To initiate a refund we must receive an email on shrutiranka.info@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery of the product with details of the problem at hand Once a return is initiated and we receive the product back at our warehouse we will check the same for defects / issues and if it does qualify as a manufacturing defect we will initiate a refund within 3 business days. The money will be credited back as per bank guidelines.
